Great mini split
Shipping was very fast, replaced 12 yr old Gree 24k BTU with this. Very quiet and cools much better than my old unit. Took my tech 2 to 2.5 hours to remove old and install new. So far I am thrilled with this purchase.
Great product
I just installed the tosot aroki 18k mini split. The installation was pretty straightforward. I only had a couple of questions that I needed technical support with. And I must say the technical support through tosot direct got back to me pretty quickly. Once I figured out the remote control this unit is working very well. I’m very impressed with how quiet it is and how well it heats and cools. Only time will tell how well it’ll hold up in the long run.

What should I check before buying ERV system?
Confirm that your installation site allows for a hole to be drilled through a wall to route the fresh air pipe outdoors. The pipe is 35 inches (90 cm) long and extension pipes are not available. Ensure your wall’s thickness and layout allow the pipe to reach the exterior. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us with photos of your intended installation area for assessment.
Can the ERV system work independently?
The ERV system must first be wired to a compatible indoor unit. Once properly connected, it can operate independently to facilitate indoor-outdoor air exchange even when the air conditioner is turned off.
Can the ERV system work with my existing split AC?
No. This ERV system is specifically designed to be used with TOSOT Aoraki mini-split systems and is not compatible with other brands or models.
Does the ERV system need to be installed right next to the indoor unit?
Not necessarily. However, it must be connected to the indoor unit using a cable no longer than 3.9 ft (1.2 m). Please ensure the ERV is installed within this distance.
Can the ERV system be mounted on any wall?
We recommend installing the ERV on the indoor side of an exterior wall, as the fresh air pipe needs to pass through to the outside. The included pipe is 35 inches (90 cm) long, which may not be sufficient for interior walls or walls with extra thickness.
