COVID-19 Shipping Delay
Due to a significant increase in demand driven by COVID-19, it is taking us longer than usual to fulfill orders. We have plenty of inventory in stock, but order volumes have spiked to such levels that we may not be able to fulfill orders in our standard time frame.
Most orders go out 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Until the current situation normalizes, it is possible that your order may take 2-4 business days from the time we receive it until it ships. Once shipped, your order should still arrive within our standard 3-7 business day estimate. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after full payment is received. Tracking number will be updated as soon as it's available from the carrier. If the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be contacted by our customer service representatives. If this is the case, you can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.
All orders from the contiguous 48 United States are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders shipped via this method typically arrive within 5-10 days, depending on weather, peak season, or other variables. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving tracking number so we can investigate further.
Where is my order?
To track your order, simply enter the tracking number you received from us into Google (or your favorite search engine) followed by the words “tracking number.” MOst of the time, you will find your tracking number at the top of the results, but you may need to add the carrier name (E.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) at the end for further clarification.
