Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. Tracking information will be shared as soon as it's available. If an item is out of stock, TOSOT customer service team will contact you for possible solutions.

Address Changes After Order Shipment

Please reach out to customer support at your earliest convenience.
For pallet-shipped orders, address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. We also do not recommend customer pickup at the delivery terminal.

Shipping Time

Orders from the contiguous United States ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, or an alternative carrier, based on availability. Delivery generally takes 5-7 business days but may vary due to weather, peak season, or other factors. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days after receiving the tracking number, please contact us for assistance.

Please note: For bulky items such as multi-zone mini split ACs and central air heat pumps, TOSOT uses pallet shipping to reduce damage during transit. This extends the order processing time to 5–7 business days for proper palletizing. During peak periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, processing time may extend to 8–10 business days.

Once shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your order by entering the tracking number into a search engine, followed by “tracking number.” Alternatively, you can visit the carrier’s website directly to track your order:
