Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. For heavier items like multizone systems and central air units, processing may take 3-5 business days due to additional packaging needed for safe transit. Tracking information will be shared as soon as it's available. If an item is out of stock, TOSOT customer service team will contact you for possible solutions.
Shipping Time
Orders from the contiguous United States ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, or an alternative carrier, based on availability. Delivery generally takes 5-7 business days but may vary due to weather, peak season, or other factors. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days after receiving the tracking number, please contact us for assistance.
