Order Processing
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after the full payment is received. The tracking number will be updated as soon as it's available from the carrier. If the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be contacted by customer service representatives. If this is the case, you can choose to wait for the item to be restocked.
Shipping Time
All orders from the contiguous 48 United States are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx, or another available delivery method based on your order. Orders shipped using these methods typically arrive within 5-10 days, depending on factors such as weather, peak season, or other variables. If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the tracking number, please contact us so we can investigate further.
Where's My Order?
To track your order, simply enter the tracking number you received from us into Google (or your favorite search engine) followed by the words “tracking number”. Most of the time, you will find your tracking number at the top of the results, but you may need to add the carrier's name (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) at the end for further clarification.
