Contractor presently surprised.

I purchased your 3 ton central system personally from TSOST direct. The ordering, shipping and delivery was all simple and easy. Fed Ex freight even had a lift gate delivery in at my residence as standard. The HVAC contractor seemed reluctant when I mentioned the TOSOT brand. Upon arrival he inspected the unit and installation manual. Then proceeded with the installation. He said every thing went very smooth and only had to make one contact for support. More out of confirmation than need. The system was fully charged as recommended. Connection and installation was very little difference than any other brand. Has been working great foe a couple of weeks. He said the pricing was as good as he gets for lesser seer systems. He plans on adding TOSOT as an option when he quotes systems.
