Across the lineup, TOSOT combines flexible installation, ENERGY STAR® certified efficiency, and extreme-climate performance, with cooling operation in outdoor temperatures up to 140°F and heating operation down to -40°F.

Floor/Ceiling: No Wall Space? No Problem.

Large windows, glass curtain walls, displays, and open interiors can leave very little room for a conventional wall-mounted indoor unit.

The TOSOT Floor/Ceiling system is designed for exactly that challenge. It supports two installation styles: mounted low near the floor or suspended from the ceiling.

This flexibility gives contractors more options when working around windows, shelving, furniture, and other architectural constraints, making it especially suitable for retail stores, showrooms, restaurants, offices, studios, and glass-front commercial spaces.

Available in 18K and 24K configurations, the Floor/Ceiling series is a practical choice when preserving usable wall space is a priority.

Concealed Ducted: Comfort Without the Clutter

When visible HVAC equipment does not fit the interior design, the TOSOT Concealed Ducted system keeps the indoor unit largely hidden above the ceiling or inside a service space. Conditioned air is distributed through ductwork and discreet supply grilles, allowing customers and employees to experience the comfort without making the HVAC equipment a visual feature.

Available in 18K and 24K capacities, the system supports high external static pressure, helping contractors accommodate longer or more complex duct layouts. Current product specifications support adjustable external static pressure up to 200 Pa. Both models also feature a built-in condensate pump, adding flexibility where gravity drainage alone may not be practical.

Installation flexibility extends beyond the indoor unit: the Concealed Ducted models support up to 82 ft of height difference between indoor and outdoor units and approximately 131 ft of maximum piping length.

For added convenience, the Concealed Ducted models feature Wi-Fi and App control, allowing users to adjust settings directly from a smartphone. 

For restaurants, offices, conference rooms, and design-focused commercial renovations, it provides an effective combination of hidden installation, flexible duct design, built-in drainage support, and connected control.

Ceiling Cassette: Comfort for Open Spaces

Open commercial spaces create a different challenge: distributing conditioned air across a larger shared area.

The TOSOT Ceiling Cassette system integrates into the ceiling and delivers air in multiple directions, helping create more balanced comfort across restaurants, retail stores, open offices, studios, reception areas, and showrooms.

Because the indoor unit is installed overhead, walls remain available for shelving, merchandise, windows, artwork, and furniture.

The Ceiling Cassette lineup offers the widest capacity range, with 9K to 24K models, and efficiency reaching up to 24 SEER2. All cassette capacities also include a built-in condensate pump, helping simplify drainage in ceiling installations.

Installation range varies by capacity. The 9K, 12K, and 18K models support up to 40 ft of height difference, while the 24K model extends that capability up to 82 ft, making it more suitable for larger commercial projects with greater separation between indoor and outdoor equipment.
