  • How can I access the discount?
    You can find the discount information in the description section on each product page. There will be a discount code or step-by-step instructions to help you apply the offer. Please note that discounts cannot be combined.
  • How can I buy the bundles?
    Click the add bundle button on the product page, then checkout. The code will automatically be applied.
  • Does the accessories ship together with the order? When can I expect to receive it?
    No, the gift will be shipped separately. Generally, you can expect to receive the gifts in 3-5 business days. The delivery time might be extended to 7-14 business days if orders pile up, so order as soon as possible!
  • I forget to order the accessories with the order. How can I fix it?
    Not to worry. Please contact our customer service via support@tosotdirect.com. We will help you fix the issue.
  • What is the return window?
    Our return window is 20 days upon delivery of the item. You can reach us at support@tosotdirect.com with any questions regarding returns.
  • If I cancel my order where I used a gift card as the payment, how do I get a refund?
    The credit will be back to your original gift card.
  • Can I use a gift card with the discount?
    Yes, you can. 
  • How can I redeem the exclusive gift?

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, and once you reach 600 points, you can redeem them for a free evaporative fan. Shipping fee is not included.

  • For order cancellations, please contact support@tosotdirect.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Each order can use up to five (5) gift cards. Orders using more than five gift cards will be paused and automatically cancelled.
  • The ACCs include a support bracket (Mini Split AC Condenser Wall Mount Bracket – max support 350 lbs, stainless steel) and a PVC line-set cover kit (3-inch width, 14-foot length). This bundle offer is available only while supplies last. Please make sure to click “ADD Bundle” on the product page to include it with your order.
  • Due to increased order volume during BFCM, please allow 3–5 days for order processing.
