  1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and live in the United States.
  1. To participate, you must sign up with a valid email address at www.tosotdirect.com/pages/anniversary-giveaway. Each person should only sign-up once. If fraud is detected, the participant will not be included in the sweepstakes.
  1. There will be at least 5 winner whose prize will be 5 in-store gift cards. With more entries, there will be more gifts. The corresponding giveaway gifts of different entry levels are listed below,
  • At 100 entries, TOSOT will give away 5 $50 gift cards. (5 winners in total, 1 gift card per winner)
  • At 500 entries,  TOSOT will give away 5 $50 gift cards and 2 $100 gift cards. (7 winners in total.)
  • At 1500 entries,  TOSOT will give away 5 $50 gift cards, 2 $100 gift cards, and 1 unit of TOSOT HEPA Air Purifier. (8 winners in total.)
  • At 3500 entries,  TOSOT will give away 5 $50 gift cards, 2 $100 gift cards, 1 unit of TOSOT HEPA Air Purifier, and 1 unit of 8000 BTU Aovia Portable AC. (9 winners in total.)
  • At 5000 entries, TOSOT will give away 5 $50 gift cards, 2 $100 gift cards, 1 unit of TOSOT HEPA Air Purifier, 1 unit of 8000 BTU Aovia Portable AC, and 1unit of  9000 BTU Mini-split AC. (10 winners in total.)
    1. Each winner can only receive 1 giveaway item. Giveaway items cannot be exchanged for a different prize.
    1. Giveaway sign-up begins on May 21, 2022 and ends on May 27, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. PST. 
    1. Winners will be selected randomly through Viralsweep and will be announced on May 28, 2022 via our anniversary page and the giveaway page. We will contact the winners in 5 business days. 
    1. Winners must submit all details requested by marketing@tosotdirect.com to claim the prize. The prize will be delivered to the winner's shipping address. Prizes must be claimed within 2 months of the announcement of the winners.
